John Hink focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, as well as other business transactions. He has extensive experience as counsel to both lenders and borrowers, as well as construction, development, acquisition and disposition experience.

Prior to joining the firm, John worked with two large Phoenix law firms. John is listed in the 2004 -2017 editions of Chambers USA America’s Leading Business Lawyers, and the 2010 – 2017 editions of Best Lawyers, both in the category of Real Estate Law. He is also listed in Southwest SuperLawyers. John is a member of the Scottsdale Charros, the Scottsdale CityShape 2020 Advisory Team, and Arizona Town Hall. He participated in Scottsdale Leadership (Class IV) and the City of Scottsdale 2014 General Plan Task Force. He served as a board member of the Desert Voices Oral Learning Center and the Paradise Valley Country Club. John is a member of NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute.

John received a bachelor degree from the University of Arizona and a J.D., from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona.
