Phoenix ends city effort to preserve David and Gladys Wright House
Wendy Riddell, a lawyer representing the Arcadia Camelback Mountain Neighborhood Association, said her group expected the outcome, but asked Rawling to extend a self-imposed moratorium on tours and third-party events at the house. She also asked the team to coordinate its historic preservation and special-permit applications and end the piecemeal approval process.
