Cassandra Ayres’s practice focuses on zoning, land use and entitlements, real estate litigation and development, and eminent domain and condemnation issues, including constitutional issues and complex commercial litigation. She has been involved in numerous cases concerning many of the most high-profile issues in one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the country.  At Berry Riddell, Ms. Ayres will continue her focus on zoning, entitlement, land use and condemnation claims, bringing a unique perspective as both a litigator and a land use lawyer.

Ms. Ayres is a graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and was admitted in 2008. Prior to joining Berry Riddell, Ms. Ayres was a member at a premier boutique law firm in Phoenix where she represented a variety of clients in a broad spectrum of issues achieving empirical, lasting results for clients.
