Elyse DiMartino is a skilled land use and urban planner with extensive entitlements, site development, and community outreach experience. As a fifth-generation Phoenician, she is passionate about planning and design. DiMartino began her career in the public sector performing public outreach for the City of Mesa. Since then, she has held various planning positions with the Town of Chino Valley and the City of Phoenix. Before joining Berry Riddell, she worked for the City of Phoenix Planning and Development Department as a Village Planner for the South Mountain, Laveen, Estrella, and Central City Villages.

Recently, she was a planner for a respected planning and landscape architecture firm, where she prepared planning documents and applications for various design and development approval processes throughout Arizona, Nevada, and California. Her experience in both the public and private sectors provides her with a unique perspective and a valuable skill set for facilitating all aspects of the land use and development processes. Elyse has a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Environmental Planning from Arizona State University. She is a member of both the American Planning Association (APA) and the Arizona Planning Association (AZAPA).
