Mitchell Arnold focuses his practice on transactional real estate law, particularly in residential and commercial leasing, acquisitions, development, and divestitures.  Mitch brings a diverse array of knowledge and skill to the firm, with experience in mineral title and operations, government regulation, ratemaking, debtors’ rights in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings, business negotiations and contract drafting.  Mitch is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court, District of Arizona.

Prior to joining Berry Riddell, Mitch worked for five years for the largest oil and gas producer in the state of California, primarily focusing on national and international joint ventures and mineral rights.  Mitch also played professional baseball with the Anaheim Angels from 2001 to 2007.

Mitch graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa, graduating with highest honors.
