Todd Hall has extensive experience representing clients in the acquisition, finance, development, and disposition of commercial and residential real estate. Hall’s recent engagements include general acquisition, financing, disposition, and leasing of office, retail, industrial, mixed-use development projects and master-planned community development projects; representation of REITs concerning acquisition and disposition of properties across the United States; and representation of private equity firms in connection with joint venture arrangements with developers.

Hall has served as landlord and tenant counsel in leasing office, retail, and industrial projects. Representative transactions have included ground leasing, lease restructurings on retail projects, and sale lease-back arrangements. Hall’s clients include local, regional, national and international mixed-use developers, private equity firms, multi-family operators and developers, and national restaurant companies.

Previously, Hall worked with Fennemore Craig P.C. He also served as in-house counsel for a national homebuilder/developer and an international master-planned community developer. He is currently involved with the Urban Land Institute, Valley Partnership, and the Pinal Partnership. He was formerly a member of the Town of Gilbert Planning Commission, the Gilbert Parks, Recreation and Library Services Advisory Board, and the State Bar of Arizona Real Estate Transactions Manual Committee.

Hall has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kentucky and a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University.
