Abigail Knox McCullom

Attorney

Abigail Knox McCullom’s practice focuses primarily on real estate litigation, including eminent domain, land use, adverse possession, homeowner association actions, easement violations, title insurance claims and contract breaches. Abigail also assists with commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. Prior to joining Berry Riddell as an attorney, Abigail practiced at a large national law firm representing a broad range of clients, including REITs, national and local developers, large corporations and small businesses in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development. Abigail studied philosophy and business at Arizona State University. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where she served as Student Bar Association President and managing editor of the Arizona State Law Journal. She received the Alan Matheson Service Award for outstanding contributions to the school, as well as the Distinguished Oral Advocate Award and CALI Excellence Award for Real Estate Litigation. Prior to law school, Abigail began her professional career with Berry Riddell as a receptionist and legal assistant.
