Bob Olshan is an experienced transactional real estate attorney, providing counsel to owners, asset managers, property managers, and brokers in all facets of commercial real estate transactions. He has extensive in-depth experience with commercial acquisitions, dispositions, development, operations, and leasing. His practice includes negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, commercial ground leases, outdoor advertising leases, property management agreements, easements, CC&Rs, development agreements, construction contracts, and other related documents.

Before joining Berry Riddell, Bob held executive roles at several regional and national commercial real estate investment firms, overseeing both the business and legal aspects of daily operations. His leadership roles with these companies equip him with a unique perspective that he leverages to provide strategic advice and comprehensive solutions to his clients.

Bob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from the University of Redlands and graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a dual JD/MBA in 1999.
