Welcome Back Abigail Knox McCullom
We’re proud to reintroduce Abigail Knox McCullom, an attorney whose path reflects deep dedication, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for real estate law.
Abigail’s practice focuses primarily on real estate litigation, including eminent domain, land use, adverse possession, homeowner association actions, easement violations, title insurance claims, and contract breaches. She also supports clients in commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. ⚖️
Before joining Berry Riddell as an attorney, Abigail practiced at a large national law firm, representing a wide range of clients, from REITs and national developers to local businesses, in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development.
Abigail earned her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University (2023), where she served as Student Bar Association President and Managing Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal.
Her leadership and excellence earned her the Alan Matheson Service Award, the Distinguished Oral Advocate Award, and the CALI Excellence Award for Real Estate Litigation.
She also holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University, with concentrations in Philosophy and Business. This foundation continues to shape her thoughtful and strategic approach to the law. 💡
What makes Abigail’s story even more special? She began her professional journey (with us!) at Berry Riddell as a receptionist and legal assistant. Through perseverance and commitment, she has come full circle to join our team as an attorney.
Please join us in congratulating Abigail and welcoming her back to Berry Riddell!
